Fiddler on the Rails takes you on a musical journey as two musicians, Tom Payne and Georgia Browne, travel in search of traditional music and cultural experiences.

Travelling by train, our journey takes us from rural Scotland to Siberia, across South East Asia and into India. Equipped with a violin, laptop and video camera, we're on a quest to capture and experience traditional sounds, images and spoken word.

Fiddler on the Rails is where we document our experiences, with regular journal entries, plus sound and movie clips of the people we meet and the music we find along the way.
